The super-talented and award-winning artist, Senior Oat, is a deep house DJ and music producer from Limpopo, South Africa. He released two albums in 2020 titled “Checkmate” and “Above All” and his latest one in 2021 titled “Thief in the Night”.

Senior Oat chose to make the bulk of his albums gospel-inspired. He attributes this to his upbringing in the church and the fact that he thinks most of the music these days is about money and popping bottles and has no significant message behind it. He thinks that music back then was about telling a message. Now, he just wants to let people know about God through music.

Since releasing his popular single with singer-songwriter Kemy Chienda All in You, the producer says that he gets a lot of people sending him messages saying that the song reminds them of the covenants they made with God and some even call him and cry.
