All ticket sales are final and may not be exchanged for cash.
If an event is cancelled or postponed
If an event is cancelled or postponed by Roof Garden Bar or the event organiser, ticket holders will be notified of the next steps. Where applicable, tickets may be transferred to the new date or a credit may be issued for a future event.
Missed events
If you are unable to attend, your ticket remains non-refundable. You are welcome to pass your ticket on to someone else, provided they present a valid ticket for entry.
No under 18s
This event is strictly for guests aged 18 and over. No under 18s will be permitted entry.
Right of admission reserved
Deep Brew Sundaze reserves the right of admission. Entry may be refused or guests may be removed for unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, abusive or intoxicated behaviour.
Valid ticket required
A valid ticket or proof of purchase must be presented for entry. Entry may be refused if a ticket is incomplete, invalid, duplicated, altered or suspected to have been obtained fraudulently.
Ticket transfers
If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to pass your ticket on to someone else, provided they present a valid ticket for entry. Deep Brew Sundaze does not manage or take responsibility for private ticket transfers between individuals.
Event details may change
Event times, line-ups, artists, entertainment and other event details may change where reasonably necessary.
No drinks allowed into the event
No outside drinks may be brought into the event.
Photography and media
By attending the event, you acknowledge that photographs and video footage may be taken for promotional, social media or marketing purposes.
